INITIAL SUBMISSION DETAILS

[** Note: The submission period is NOW CLOSED.] All Full Paper, Work-in-Progress and Project submissions may NOT include any identifying marks or the authors name. In order to ensure the integrity of our double blind peer-review process, all submissions must occur through the ACADIA 2012 Submission Website ONLY. Our submission website is being administered by the Easy Chair conference system. If you do not already have an account with Easy Chair, this will require you to create a new one. If you have any questions please e-mail the ACADIA 2012 Chairs at: acadia.conf.2012@gmail.com

ACADIA 2012 Easy Chair Submission Website

DEADLINE EXTENSION: Several of you have e-mailed us about having difficulties uploading your materials to the EasyChair website. While we believe that all of these kinks have been worked out we have decided to extend the deadline for all submissions (Full Paper, Work-in-Progress and Projects). While we considered extending this to only the few who requested it, we feel it was most fair to offer this extension to all. Therefore the new submission deadline is now April 20th at 11:59pm PT. Since we have already been extremely flexible there will be no more exceptions to this deadline.

* There have been several questions regarding the "registration number" referred to in the submission details outlined in the Formatting Guidelines RTF file - these instructions are out-of-date, and need to be updated to reflect the EasyChair system we are using for the 2012 conference. Using this new system, PDF uploads are automatically renamed and authors need not bother with the naming conventions outlined.
